Supernatural abilities may be things like super powers or they could include magic spells. Some things like super strength may be an at will ability, while others may require you to spend meta points. magic spells will generally require a mana investment to cast. The cost can vary based on how powerful the spell or ability is.

Note: Meta points and mana are restored by simply getting some sleep.
